HR.Hackathon Challenge Host Check-In with Amy Bastuga

A year ago, the Chicago HR.Hackathon Alliance community assembled at Radio Flyer headquarters to hack the challenge brought forward by the company's Chief People Officer, Amy Bastuga: "How might we create a psychologically safe work environment for people from marginalized groups to empower their voice, ideas, concerns, needs, and careers?" You can view the top ideas that the community came up with here.

In this virtual Q&A session, Amy will share what the organization has learned after experimenting with the ideas from the HR.Hackathon.

In this session, you'll get a chance to:

  • Learn about post-Hackathon lessons learned, successes, and failures as shared by Radio Flyer Chief People Officer, Amy Bastuga

  • Ask your own questions [Note: You will be able to either share your questions anonymously as part of the registration process or live during the virtual session).

You’ll take away insights into the type of challenges we tackle during our HR.Hackathons, why an HR leader decides to become an HR.Hackathon challenge host, and what happens with ideas after the HR.Hackathon.
